Medial Elbow Pain, Acupuncture & Flexor Carpi Ulnaris Manual Muscle Test

HT 8 and the abductor digiti minimi motor point are two acupuncture points that are shown to be effective in decreasing pain in a flexor carpi ulnaris manual muscle test on a patient with medial epicondylitis. This medial elbow pain muscle test is not only useful in the assessment of medial epicondylitis, but also cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar nerve entrapment near SI 8).

This video of the flexor carpi ulnaris MMT and acupuncture, helpful in treating patients presenting with medial elbow pain, is one of 65+ manual muscle testing videos + acupuncture that will be released in early 2025 by AcuSport Education.
