Please note that if you traveling in from out of town that there will be many events happening throughout the year in NYC and that rates at various hotels will fluctuate. There are many hotels in the Manhattan / Chelsea area however they can be quite pricey.

The Jane Hotel
This hotel is near the school and has a “bunk bed cabin” that can be shared by 2 people and may be the most affordable option. They also provide complementary bikes.
This is an interesting option for one or more people who like to rent a private room in a home or a small, furnished apt.

Airports / Public Transportation
This is the easiest airport if you are staying in NJ. The cab will be between $30-$50 from the airport.
*If you plan ahead you can call Travel Car (201.222.9505) out of Hoboken and they will pick you up at the departure gate and charge you $35 to your destination. Just call them before you board your flight and give them the flight number and ETA and they will pick you up. They aren’t always waiting at the gate for you, but if you call them they will let you know they are minutes away.
If you are staying in the city JFK is an easy airport to fly into. You can take a cab to the city for a flat rate of $52.

PATH train takes about 10-15min into the city. Get off at the 14th St stop and walk 2 blocks West. TSCA is located on 14th st at the corner of 8th Ave.
