Thanks for shopping at AcuSport Education. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with every item you buy from us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, we’re here to help!

 

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other charges such as special packaging, if not returned intact.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping the item.
  • We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item/s and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card used to purchase the product, less the cost of shipping and handling.

Damaged Items

In the event your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us at acusportorg@gmail.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either refund you the entire cost of the product or send you a replacement.
