Seminar & Certification Course Cancellations

Cancellations received greater than 21 days prior to course start date may be eligible to receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee and a 8% transaction fee for credit card payments. Additional fee adjustment of 8% for payment by module as well as 10% fee adjustment for payment of full program will also be applicable.  All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 21 days prior to course start date are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who choose not to attend an event without notice will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or by check if applicable.

Payment Plan Cancellations

Participants canceling their Payment Plan will be refunded the amount of any canceled courses if received greater than three weeks before the next course begins, less a $50 cancellation fee. The total cost of all previously registered courses will be charged along with a 8% processing fee of the amount already paid upon cancellation. A $50 cancellation fee would also apply. Additional fee adjustment of 5% for payment by module as well as 10% fee adjustment for payment of full program will also be applicable.

Participants will not be eligible for a refund for any courses canceled less than three weeks prior to course start date. All cancellations must be made in writing. The initial 20% deposit for the payment plan is non-refundable.

Partial Completions

Participants will not receive credit for any missed sessions and will not receive certificates of completion for partially completed courses.

AcuSport Cancellation Terms

AcuSport Seminar Series reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AcuSport Seminar Series is forced to cancel an event, a full refund of course tuition only will be granted to those already registered.

Product Returns & Refunds

AcuSport Seminar Series will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 15 days from the date of purchase and refund purchase price, less a 8% processing fee if paid by credit card and all shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. After 15 days all sales are final.

Termination of Enrollment

AcuSport Seminar Series reserves the right, at any point throughout the program to terminate enrollment of any practitioner under the following circumstances:

  • The instructors determines the registrant not capable to properly perform techniques in a safe manner.
  • The participant is unable to exhibit sufficient accuracy with point location when needling.
  • Any participant’s involvement is a hindrance to the overall class experience.

Under said circumstances registrant will be eligible to receive a full refund for any pre paid future courses following termination of registration.
