Patricia’s passion for Chinese Medicine began 20 years ago when she discovered the benefits of acupuncture with Chinese herbal and nutrition therapy. Her personal experience was the genesis for integrating her career in hospitality management with her healthcare profession. Through her extensive studies and practice, Patricia learned that the most profound improvements are made when the body, mind and spirit are in alignment. The focus of her treatments is to help individuals regain proper function and a sense of balance with themselves and their environment. Whether addressing physical injury or internal disharmony, Patricia provides individualized acupuncture and herbal treatments, while also incorporating her post-graduate training in Sports Medicine Acupuncture, Zheng Gu tui na medical massage, gua sha, integrative nutrition, and Sowa Rigpa Tibetan medicine.
She has taught "The Treatment of Orthopedic Disorders" at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) and has been an off-site clinic supervisor for PCOM students at NYU Lutheran in the Neurological and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Department. Currently, she is the Chief Administrative Officer for AcuSport Education and Clinic Director and acupuncturist at the Yinova Center East Side! When not treating patients, Patricia spends her time in the beautiful mountains of upstate NY!
